i have some querries.. can anybody elp me out ?
I am currently working here in US in J1 visa and got my H1 approved recently. My wife is in india. Earlier (couple of months back) she had applied for a J2 visa but got rejected. Now i got my H1 approoved, i want to apply for her visa together with my change of visa J1-H1.
what kind of records i have to submit for the interview ??
