qualification problem nepalese freinds

i have a problem regarding my education qualification.i showed my secondary and higher secondary education certificate in sydney consulate but they seemed unsure about it.they said they never have case from nepal and so they will contact in nepal n let me know...n they gave me this paper in which the visa has been refused part was tickedn conclude with p.t.o...i m so in doubt...plz if any1 can lessen my stress
 
It sounds like they haven't come across education certificates from Nepal before so they are going to verify if they meet the minimum requirements for the diversity lottery. If everything else went okay during your interview, I wouldn't worry too much about this yet. Chances are this is just a formality.
 
thanks for the reply ...i haven't got my passport yet...how long does it take?? its been week i did my interview...
