folks i am just starting the process of filing the paperwork - but here are few basic Qs

Q) Can we concurrently file the I-130, I-485, I-131, 1-765 ? NOTE : My
parents do not have a A# or a social # !

Q) While filing out the address - can we use my
residential address ? Should we use a PO BOX - since she will be moving
locally in the next couple of months ?

Q) Since my parents do not have a birth cert.....we will be
substituting them with the 2 affidavets of birth. However - we just realized that we need 2 affidavets each for form I-130 and I-485. Since we dont have copies.....would the INS accept notarized copies of the affidavets ??

Q) In form I-131, what does "Class of admission" mean ?? And can we
leave the A# blank?

Q) Can my sister file an I-864 (Affidavet of support) along with me
since she is related to the applicant and sponsor by birth?

Q) Are we to file 2 I-864s - one per parent ??

Q) Do we need a lawyer to do this ?

thanks u guys

Yes.

Yes, use your residential address.

I believe so, not 100% sure though. Maybe you should keep the originals and send the the notarized copies.

Q) In form I-131, what does "Class of admission" mean ?? And can we

At A# you put: "NONE".

Q) Can my sister file an I-864 (Affidavet of support) along with me

She can file an I-864A along with your I-864.

Q) Are we to file 2 I-864s - one per parent ??

Yes.

Q) Do we need a lawyer to do this ?

Most people here didn't use a lawyer. Depends on you, how confident you are that you can handle these by yourself.

thanks u guys

You don't need to send your parents birth certificates for I-130.
Also, for I-485 make sure to include a non-availability certificate for your parents birth certificates.

Yes, she can. Unless, she leaves with you in the same household, in which case she fills out I-864A.
