Qs on filing EAD renew

All, My wife and I are in 485 pending. We are fixing to file an renewal for our EAD. Got a few questions regarding the form:

14. Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student, etc.)
My wife just came back to the states with AP. She came in as F2, then switched to H4. What I should fill this one for her?

15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)
Should I write "I-485 Pending" for me and my wife too?

----- if she entered with AP then write AP, if she entered as F2 then write F2
15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)
Should I write "I-485 Pending" for me and my wife too?

Actually my wife came in initially as F2, then switched to H4. Two months ago she went back to china and came back with AP. So I think I should put AP there for Q14.
