Q's on AP filing

Hi,

Can anyone help me with these.

1) I live in MI and my I-485 is pending with Nebraska SC. Where should I file for AP documents? I'm confused with the website.

2) Can I send personal check?

Appreciate any help as I'm plannning to send them today.

Answer 1. Your AP should go to the same center that has your 485, so file your AP at the NEB SC.

Answer 2. I have always filed through a lawyer and they make the payment. I am pretty sure you would have to send a cashiers check or MO but am not entirely sure about that. I believe you can even file online these days although I have never done it.
