Hi guys,
My interview is on 15th. I am trying to see what the best pen to use for signing is. I got a black papermate black felt (fibre tip) tip pen. It just does not dry on the 2X2.
However when i use a extra fine tip sharpie - permanent marker, it dries instantly. My qn is - does the pen make any difference?
I am planning to take about 6 pictures along with me to the interview. How many should I take signed?? Where should I sign? On the signed pictures, should i write anything else on the back?
Is the white border on the picture needed? my pictures are slightly bigger than 50mmX50mm and I am thinking of chopping off the white border. Would that be ok?
Most importantly, is black pen ok for signing on the pictures? For signing the Ds230-II, is blue ball pen ok?
What place other than the guy opp to chola sheraton takes pictures for immigration interview?
I took the photos across chola sheraton.
When I went to make the payment and give my orders for photo in the ground floor main shop, the guy to whom I was goign to make the payment did not even know that requirements for photos had changed from side facing to front facing and he would not believe the print out from the consulate web site. He was pretty adamant. he told me that 2"X2" front face was only for non immigration and I asked him to put that down in the order and went up. However the photographer knew the requirements and told me someone else had come just a few weeks ago asking to take front facing pictures. I am not sure why this confusion occured. Also, most of the real estate on my 2"X2" front facing photo has my face - the total length of my face - head to chin is about 35 mm. There is about 10 mm of length from chin to below the neck. It looks a little disproportional to me. But if thats what it is, then i am ok with it. Can someone please respond??
For Worst case, i have another day tomorrow - would someone give me another place to take the pictures?
Thx,
Dilbert
