Q36 for H4 revalidation

Hi ,
I am planning on sending my passport and my wife's passport for revalidation and she is on H4. I have a pending I140 and I485. For Q36 "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf".... I have to answer "YES" and what about my wife. Should she be answering "YES" or "NO"?

Answer NO for her

For her you have to answer No , because immigrant visa petition is the I-140
petition which has been applied for you and not for her . So the answer to the question for HER will be NO .

Even if you have 485 for her the answer will be still be NO for her.because 485 is adjustment for status AND NOT IMMIGRANT VISA PETITION.
