I would to get your thoughts on the following questions related to job change to another service center after 180 days are over.
background: TSC, layed off after 10 months into 485 process
Q1) If I take up a job say in NSC and relocate, do I need to request INS, through lawer to transfer my case to the new SC ?
Q2) Is it possible to take up the new job and still continue the process in TSC ?
Q3) Which would be a better choice ?
I hear that if I continue the process in TSC, there is a good possibility that my case would eventually get approved w/o any further questions, whereas if the case is transferred to NSC/VSC
the case would undergo thourough scrutiny and I am almost certain to get an RFE. Whether my understanding is correct ?
Q4) Should I inform INS about my job change even if there is no std form for othat, similar to AR11 for address change ?
