Q for triple citizen : travel on b2 while H1b under admin processing

In 2008 , i got married and entered US on H4. After that did a change of status to H1b. Came to india , went for visa stamping and got stuck under admin processing. I also have B1/B2 stamped from my company before marriage. My question is can I enter US on B2 without affecting my h1 processing. Just afraid of Port Of Entry as definetly once iget my h1 i will do a COS or to h4. If you have ever seen such case or what do think from your experience ?

You may attempt to use your B-2 visa to enter as a visitor. However I am not too sure about your last statement. What exactly do you intend to do once you enter the US?
