Hi, niwnow,
With your suggestion, I called the USCIS PP line, and I was told that when you mail your supporting material with the confirmation letter on the top, the mail room is supposed to have that delivery information (niwnow, is it the same information you got when you called PP line?), however, in my case, the person I talked to could not find that information, which he suggests that my case may not be sent to the adjudicator, and he said that it is possible since everyday they receive like 3000 packages, and generally it takes at least 3 months for the package be sent to the adjudicator.
What he suggested was: above the answer for RFE, send all the original material again, say in the cover letter that the original supporting material was sent on xxxxx together with the tracking number and delivery information. Most importantly, put the golden sheet (which I don't have, what I have is a redsheet, which I guess is the same thing as he mentioned) on top of everything, so that the mail will not be thrown to some corner.
This information gives me a little relief although I am still not sure if this really happened in my case. Hope this info can give other people with general RFE some clue.
niwnow, or anybody with the similar experience, please comment!
Thank you very much!
