Q about AC21

Hello All:
I filed concurrently under the EB-1 OR category in 06/05. My I-140 got approved in Feb 06. I'm contemplating changing my employment, I have a valid EAD and AP.
(i) My Q is what do I need to ask my new employer?
(ii) When does he need to file for AC 21, before I start working for him or is it ok if I start work and they file it after sometime?
(iii) How easy or difficult is the AC 21 filing?
(iv) Can an individual file for an EAD and AP on his own or an employer needs to do so?

----------- for AC21 you need I-485 pending more than 180 days
(i) My Q is what do I need to ask my new employer?
---------------permanent job offer with same/similar duties as on LC or I-140
(ii) When does he need to file for AC 21,
-------------.YOU have to file AC21 as I-485 belongs to YOU, employer has to give you permanent job offer letter
before I start working for him or is it ok if I start work and they file it after sometime?
------------ you can file once you join him
(iii) How easy or difficult is the AC 21 filing?
-------------it easy those who know how to file. if you dont know search the threads or your lawyer can file
(iv) Can an individual file for an EAD and AP on his own or an employer needs to do so?
-----------EAD AP is based on I-485 and I-485 belongs to YOU. you can file EAD AP directly or through lawyer
