Q.20 on DS-156 FOR H4 revalidation

Q.20 & Q 36on DS-156 FOR H4 revalidation

HELLO,
Q18, and 19 ask for spouse name and dob.

Q20 ask for the name and address of employer or school

Should i leave this Q20 blank or does it ask for my husbands employer details.

Q36 Has anyone filed a immigration petition on your behalf (Y/N)
I am on H4, my husband on H1 and we have applied for Labour. So what should be the answer. We guess it should be No

Is it ok if I download and fill the non electronic DS-156 form. While printing I guess it will say just BARCODE in that section. Does this makes any difference?

Which is recommended. Electronic or non-electronic

Q20 Not Applicable
Q36 No ( an immigrant petition is I130 or I140 in your name)

The printed form should print with the barcode if you try to print from the website - Without Barcode your DS156 might be rejected.

Well my husband had send the non -electronic form 3 months back and rec his visa stamped.

But still we have decided to go for e-form this time in my case

Looks like you got recently this H4 Extension .. ( i saw your Questions about H4 Ext few months back .. Where did you filed .?? which service center .. how many days took to get this approval..

By the way i am also in the same boat .. I need to send this DS-156 .
which one you are going to use ??
Electronic or non electronic
we can take non electronic and print with computer and get a print out right ??? what do you say ??

Well I had filed for extension in Nov and got it at the end of March, so almost 5 months. Applied at nebraska service center.

I am going for the electronic form as it gives the barcode, and that's what everybody is recommending. I also read in some post about the revalidation getting rejected (due to some reason) and to resend the form by electronic version.

So I say go for e-form. better not take chance with DOS

then how you are gonig to fill this answer on ds-156
"Already in usa" .There are only dates ..
I guess you are going to leave it blank and after getting the printout you are going write with the pen right??
