PWD disclosure

Hi,
I applied and my lawyer has received for my PWD from MD. The lawyer forwarded it to my HR department. However, my HR refuses to disclose my wage level.

My question is: Do I have a right to know this information? Can they do this to me?

Any comments?

That is the wage they are suppose to give to you now. since they are giving less than that. so they do not want to show to you

Can you tell me the link where ou found this info.? That the wage must be paid *prior* to filing the labor application.

There is no rule to pay PW prior to applying LC.

Because you may be working for one job title now with your h1 and LC all together for a different job. Prevailing wage may be entirely different.
