PWD and Filing

We had the Advertisements/Job order done in April-May (no mention of the salary in them) and have got the PWD today and is valid till 12/31/05

Could we go ahead with the filing for PERM in a day or two. It is more than 30 days past the last Job Advertisemt. Basically my question is

1. Does the date of PWD play a role in the filing or is it just the validity?

I believe you need to have the salary or salary range mentioned in the job order and the job posting notice. If you have done that and your PW is in the lesser or in the range mentioned inthose documents, I think you could file labor.

Please note that this is my view and not a legal opinion.

No need for Salary/Salary-Range in Advst

I beleive there is no need to specify the salary/Salary-Range in the Advst. If we do mention the Salary it should be more than PW that's it.

it says you only need to mention it if you have it, otherwise not, so your job orders were fine.
