My lawer is in process of preparing my application to apply for PERM. So I haven't filed for PW yet but soon I will.
I have one question though, can we advertise and file for prevailing wages simultaneously or do we have advertise first and then apply for PW or vice versa
When do we apply SWA job order?

As to my understanding, we don't HAVE TO do PW before ad or vice versa. It is just that companies usually want to be safe by requesting PW first then do ad, otherwise it is possible you have to do ad again.
