Puerto Rico and naturalization?

I am LPR. I am deliberating a move to Puerto Rico, here is some questions I have:

- Will time spent on Puerto Rico count towards the time needed for naturalization?
- Can I naturalize and become USC on Puerto Rico itself?
- Puerto Rico has special tax regime, allegedly residents there don't have to fill out federal tax returns. Could that be an issue later?
- Is there any other concern why a move to Puerto Rico might not be the smartest move before becoming citizen?

Thanks

Puerto Rico (as well as D.C., Virgin Islands, Guam, and Northern Marianas) counts like a state for naturalization purposes.
