Does a public record in the credit history (Civil Claim Judgment) affect getting a TN visa at the border and eventually admission to the US.
Background - Long back I was in the US on an H1 Visa and recently I found out that there was a public record in my credit history. I am pretty sure I don't owe any debt to any lender in the US, and not sure how to get rid of this public record from my credit report.
