Public charge requirement

Hello guys, I'm new to the forum and this public charge caught my eye.
I am really new to the whole DV thing, so I'm still reading to understand it. Do you know how often the poverty guidelines are updated? Don't wanna have a surprise during the interview.

I believe it is annual.
 
I mean for an applicant like me it's a lot of money, not for guidelines or for the embassy. It's already hard to come up with such an amount.
