There may not be a court oder for you to pay child support, but I'm assuming that you are contributing something and therefore your wife should have included your payments as income on her social aid application. Not including those payments as income on her social aid application may be considered as fraud as therefore would affect your application for naturalization.I just want to kwow if one's child is recieving medicaid insurance and child care from the state affects from getting citizenship even though there is no child support order even though you indicate your child live with you but one's wife makes low income and was eligeble for recieving the benefits.
