Hi,

I am planning on moving and this will
change the postal address that I have
mentioned in my I-140 application.
Once it is approved I am going for CP

Will address change be a problem during rest of the process.

Any suggestion/advice ..

I am a I-140 EB3/RIR/CP ..ND April 15

-----Once the I-140 for CP is approved your Lawyer will get the approval copy and your employer also receive the approved I-140 copy. Then NVC will sent packet to your lawyer and at that time you should update the address with NVC. You have nothing to do with BCIS after I-140 approval for CP for more info about CP go to www.immihelp.com

** Once you change address you should sent form AR11 and also update your new address the NCSC on 1-8003755283, provide them your past and new address.
Also send address change to BCIS service center where your I-140 is pending with I-140 filing receipt and write “beneficiary address changed” write in cover letter your details and out side the envelope write in bold “ Attention: beneficiary address Changed”
