Provide information to reduce processing time for I-130 petition

Hi,
Please suggest way.
Petition I-130 for me was filed by my sister in 2006, also of our parents my parents moved there, got green card 3 years before i.e.2008.
I read that its possible to file petition for Green card holders(Permanent Residence) to Son over 21 age,unmarried or married. I am unmarried living alone in overseas.


My Query:
How could the time of processing can be shortened?
How long does it take for normal bro-sis I-130 petition?
If there is way to upgrade status of immigration from brother to son then please tell.
Or any better way to move US .

A3: If your parents sponsor you, that will be a new and separate I-130. Your sister sponsored I-130 cannot be upgraded!!!
