prove of residence, moving to another state

I'm a california resident but I'm moving to georgia in february, I can send my N400 application in march but I'm not sure if I will be able to do it because of the 3 months prove of residence, should I wait those 3 months? does any body knows if this affects the process???
 
If you change District Office in February and file in March for Naturalization, your application will be denied because you won't have fulfilled the requirement of having resided at least 3 months in the new district. Reference: M-476 "A Guide to Naturalization"

You will have to wait until 3 months have elapsed after you have started residing in Georgia.
