Property in India - US CITIZEN

Once I become US Citizen, How to handle property in India like Agriculture land, commercial (Shop) or House plot.

I have Agriculture land(Farm) which I got from my father and I have also bought. Will this still I can claim and own. I am going to take OCI for India after US citizen.

What will gape is recommended after US citizen to OCI? I mean how many months I have take OCI after US Citizen?
 
I am in process of getting citizenship but while reading the rules of OCI sometime ago on a website I came across the rules where it states that you can inherit the agricultural land in India even after you become OCI but cant buy on your own. Check Section 7 of Indian Citizenship Act 1955 that was amended in 2005. I might have a PDF of it lying somewhere but you can also check, since it is available for download online.

Commercial Plot, House etc can be bought and sold without any problem for your own purpose, only issue can be with agricultural land.

Can you legally fight for inheritance once OCI

If you have a claim for inheritance on the Agricultural Land as well as other properties, legally as per OCI rules, once you acquire citizenship of other country, would you be legally able to fight for your inheritance case in court.
