Proof of spouse's citizenship

I can't find a thread that specifically answers this question, so I'll start a new one. I have my naturalization interview in 3 weeks (yay!) based on 3+yrs marriage to a US citizen (citizen by birth). My interview letter specifically requests I bring my "spouse's birth or naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship". We don't have any of those but we do have ALL of her US passports since childhood, her SS card, and her voter registration card. She was born in the US. Will those be OK instead of a birth/citizenship certificate?

Her passport(s) state her place of birth so, unless USCIS decide they're all fake (they're not!), it's unquestionable proof of her citizenship status, right??

Anyone else had experience in this specific issue?

Many thanks!!

In 3 weeks time, I am sure there should be a way to get a duplicate copy of her B-Certificate... They might just waste your time in giving decision. However, I do feel that the documents you have should be enough. Let's see what experienced people here has to say. Congrats for the interview man.

I would get a duplicate birth certificate if your wife is born in the US (and especially since your petition is based on marriage). Again, I doubt it's going to make a huge difference, but by taking it you could probably prevent another delay/cancellation/USCIS headache.

My husband need to get his birth certificate copy from the county that he was born, since he lost his copy long time ago. This country pretty good on keeping records. Some county even have online service for you to request birth certificate online. My husband got it in a week, but his parent requested in person.

All US states have a way to get certified copies of birth certificates. Most offer expedited processing. Just google "StateName birth certificate copy." There are companies that offer services that expedite...I'd probably stay away from them and just contact the govt. agency directly.

You have plenty of time to get one.

Many thanks for all the advice. I can get a copy through her birth-state website for $31 so I think I'll do that (even though I doubt they'll even ask for it or look at it). I've waited 14-months for an interview (DC DO, of course) -- I'm not going to stuff it up for the sake of another $31! :)
