My wife was born in Iran but became Turkish citizen later on and had to change her name to Turkish.
She is now a US citizen and now wants to apply residency for her parents.
She dose not have the official name change document from Turkey (that we can show her relationship to her parents in her original name).
Should she wait for official document from Turkey (apparently takes few months) or should she go ahead and file with Affidavits indicating her name change at a time.
I appreciate any direction.
