Proof of intent for TN visa

What suffices as proof of intent to go back to Canada when applying for a TN Visa for US ? This is for a Single Canadian citizen , born in India ,only distant family ( uncle) in Canada , no property in Canada , has property in India. Would like to gather documents/ any proof prior to the interview. Thanks@

Your word is sufficient. No need for an address, assets or any thing else in any foreign country.

when entering US on visitor status (B1 or B2) the CBP can ask for proof of residential ties. When entering on TN status, not needed, as you intend to live in US temporarily. (usually 3 years)
