What are acceptable proofs of filing labor for 7th year H-1B extensions (Vermont Service Center) ? Is postal confirmation receipt with name of the alien good enough in states where DOL does not send receipt notices ?

----- DOL reciept is needed ansd SWA or SESA will send the reciept of LC filing if your lawyer who filed LC asks SWA or SESA for LC filing reciept. the evidence accepted by service center is reciept from SWA or SESA
