My Employer based in TX says that he has filed for my labor in Oct 2004. But when I ask for my Case Number / Application reciept no , he says that there is no such thing as that.
How can I know if he has really applied for my Labor ??

If he has filed the Labor, he should have received a Receipt Notice letter from TX SWA/SESA with a specific case number assigned to your LC Application. If he says no means either he is not willing to share the information with you or not filed the LC at all.

Tell him...

Switch to another employer. Man DOL/INS itself is causing so many delays...there is no benefit in staying with such employers.

Time is of essence and move to somewhere else. Market is good, you should be able to switch projects as well. You have not lost a lot of time...
