prompt H1B'08 petition approval!!!!!!!

Hi,

I got receipt number on 24th April for H1B petition 2008. So now this petition is under process.

BUT on 03rd May; my consultant informed me that my petition was approved without any query!!!!!!. [consultant is out of office so its not be possible for me to get some reply until next week]

Do you think this could be possible for regular processing petition or it’s a fake stuff from my consultant?

Its quite possible.
Check the status of your application on the USCIS website. All you need is your reciept number

it's very much possible. i know many people who were receipted on april 24th and were approved on may 3rd. i was receipted myself on april 24th. my case is still pending though, however on may 3rd there was some internal update on my case according to the USCIS site.

I applied under general quota as I am outside of USA.
