Promotion - Will it affect I485 ?

Hello:
I have got promoted and have a different title from what has been mentioned in my labour certification. Apart from doing the activities mentioned in my labour I have got additional responsibilites. My title has changed from DBA to Director Database operations. I am in the I485 process (September RD) with Vermont. Will this cause any issues ? My promotions came after filing for I485.

I had the same issue, was promoted from tech to senior

My lawyer told me that as long as I am doing the same job with additional responsibility, we would stick to the same title that was mentioned during the labor.

as long as you are with the same employer it should not matter at all and in case even if RFE comes your employer / lawyer can give easy justification.. should not be a thing to worry at alll ..
