My situation:
* I-140/485 concurrent filing last month
* Applied for EAD- about to recieve it
* Still holding valid H1B
* Large company
* Process is sponsored by the company
Got promoted from Senior Manager to Director.
Responsibilities are pretty much the same as before the promotion. Salary increase is 5-10%.
What should I do?
