I'm WAC 03199****. Just got an unexpected approval on Aug 26th just a couple of weeks or so after my first FP. Can you believe it? I still can't.

You are one of those lucky people who got their I-485 approvals before expiring 1st FP. In your case, you got 1FP notice after 12 months and got your FP done before 15 month period. Since they had your FP results ready, they approved without waiting further. Good luck with your stamping.
 
Here are my processing milestones:

20-Jun-01 - RIR/EB3 filed with SESA
20-Jul-01 - LC receipt notice received
18-Feb-02 - LC forwarded to DOL
3-Oct-02 - LC Approved
4-Nov-02 - I-140 RD
31-Mar-03 - I-140 Approved
24-Jun-03 - I-485 filed (WAC 03199***)
29-Dec-03 - First AP approved
12-Feb-04 - First EAD approved
15-Aug-04 - First FP done
26-Aug-04 - I-485 approved

Not really

It seems CSC is giving priorities to those cases where I-140s have already been approved. Those concurrent filers with pending I-140s NEED to have double patience.

Then how do you explain..

people like me Jan./Feb. 2002 waiting for few years already..who filed their I-485 after I-140 approval.
