Progress of Priority dates for EB2

We currently have many threads where the impact of BEC, 245(i) etc on EB3 is being discussed actively in parallel.

I would like to discuss this new thread specifically for estimates of progress of EB2 priority dates.

How does 245(i) affect EB2 specifically?
How does BEC cases affect EB2 specifically ?
What are the other factors which may impact EB2 specifically ?

1. 245(i) will not affect EB1 or EB2 since it is hard to believe many people with advanced degrees were in illegal status.
2. BEC does affect EB2. Total remaining cases: 250000 cases --> assume 20% EB2, then 50000 EB2 cases --> assume 50% from India, then 25000 cases --> I do not know how to weight this amount number of EB2 cases in BEC? But I feel it is still being countable as a pretty big number?
