Anyone have June/July/Aug2002 RD with any update ?
Any finger print call ? or RFE ? or Approval ?

1st FP : 09/2002
2EAD : 06/2003
 
You are little early, guess they are processing upto May'02. But whether they have started sending RFE for June'02 cases.
I am also waiting for 2nd fingerprint and RFE. Mine is july'02.

My lawyer mentioned yesterday that she's started receiving RFEs for September 2002 cases.

Is it possible for you to find out the reciept dates in Sep 2002. Running greenland summary for each date is time consuming.

My RD is August 8. Haven't heard anything yet. No RFE. No FP notice. My lawyer told me I have to wait atleast another 6 months.

I honestly doubt she will provide those - client confidentiality may be an issue. I'll let you know if I get more information from her.
 
Mine is June-2002 RD case. Did FP twice, 3 APs and EADs. Once my case was transferred to MO center then came back to Nebraska 5 months later as being explained as a system error. No RFE yet. My co-worker's case was April 27 RD and he got approval about 3 weeks ago.
 
My RD is July 03, 2002 & ND is July 15, 2002.

I am applying for my 3rd EAD and AP this week. Same goes for my husband too.

I did not receive notice for second FP. And online 485 status message did not change from day 1.

Sick and tired of waiting as my labor already took 3 years.

Let's see if I am lucky this time and get approval before marking second anniversary for 485.
