My EB3 was filed in 2003 as a Programmer Analyst. Now, with over 13 years of experience, can i apply for positions such as Architect where there would be less/no coding and more inclined towards the architecture of the systems? There might be a slight overlap of duties such as participating in DB/applications design meetings, design related decisions etc.
I don't think there will any people management int he role as such.
Has anybody done this before? Please share your thoughts.
