Processing to speed up at VSC ??

Well, like we have seen time and again, didnt want to raise any hopes but this is info that I got from customer service 2 days back.
Feb 02 is being processed. The july aug cases should be picked up by august ( 6 months cases in 3 months. wow!!)
secondly, i asked about fp not being updated. they said that not all cases get updated. its just the way the system is designed.
now what do i make of this.
anyway, I thanked them for this valuable (yeah right!) info and hung up.

I seldom got any credible information from the 1-800 number. hope what you heard was real.

i dont know about this info. officially they are processing feb'02 cases which is correct. however, i am tracking cases with RD Feb, 13th, 2002, and there has been no noticable movement in the past two weeks - after some nice progress earlier. if that is what they mean by processing feb cases, you may want to wait for next summer till they hit august'02 cases!

Their customer service is notoriously unreliable. I would not place too much significance in what they say.
 
There is no sequence. We have seen approvals for oct-02 cases.

Today when i spoke to senator's office, now even they say that such cases are taking anywhere from 28 to 32 months.
