It seems as if the USCIS will begin standing by their processing dates. Click on any of the service centers and there will be specific instructions on what to do if your date has passed.

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the helpful link. This is the message I got from my lawyer when asked what's going on with my EB1-OR at VSC with a RD of 5/29/02

"VSC is currently working on OR cases filed 6/10/02. Unfortunately, we are unable to inquire about your specific case until the VSC processing report shows a processing date that is 30 days beyond your filing date (approximately 6/28/02). As soon as they reach that date, we may begin the formal inquiry process"

Is this a BCIS policy, or should I go ahead and call the National Customer Service Center myself for a case status referral?
