Processing times

FWIW, I think

E11 means EB1,
E12 means EB2,
E13 means EB3

Of course I'm guessing here, but, this is the only one which makes most sense.

If you look at the latest EB3 approvals, it matches the processing times. Also hundreds of may, june EB1/EB2 guys are still waiting which matches the 4/3/02 time given out by the VSC.

Either, VSC is bullshiting about the processing times or someone is bullshiting about what E11, E12, E13 means

So until someone disproves with concrete proof, I'll assume E12 is EB2 & wait in frustration that it hasn't moved from 4/3/03 for the past two months

EB-2: Employment Based Second Preference
EB-3: Employment Based Third Preference

EB-1 is further divided into:
E1-1: First Preference Extraoridnary Ability Worker
E1-2: First Preference Outstanding Professor or Researcher
E1-3: First Preference Multinational Executive or Manager

EB-2 is divided into:
E2-1: Second Preference Advance Degree or Exceptional
Aibility Worker
and some other subcategories that I don't know

EB-3 is divided into:
E31, E32: Third Preference Skilled Workers/Professionals
EW-3: Third Preference Unskilled Worker

I think you need to look at the other posts carefully. There is a lot of information available about what these categories meant.

For your benefit, I am rewriting these again

EB11, EB12 and EB13 are sub-branches of EB1 Category

E21 - EB2 Category

E31 - EB3 Category
