The N-400s are adjudicated by local field offices, so you should choose the particular field office responsible for the area where you reside and push the "Field Office Processing Dates" button.
However, the official processing times for N-400s are to some extent a fiction.
Initially the application gets handles by the National Benefits Center, which keeps the application while the fingerprint check and the FBI Name Check and other basic background checks are conducted, and it is only after that those things are done that the file gets transferred to a local field office. The local field offices have no control over how long the FP and the background checks are conducted (and certainly not over how long it takes for the FBI Name Check to be completed - that gets handled by the FBI). So, although in theory the processing times posted represent the total front-to-end processing times (from filing to oath), in reality their meaning is fairly ambiguous.
