Infact there is change. Last month it was 11/01 now it is 11/15.

It took INS a month to process 15 days!!!!!!

This is not new! It was reported on immigration-law web site on 03/18/03.

Even though one website reported it as Nov 01. Most websites had 11/15 in the last report and that was on March 1 not a month ago.
