Processing Times Question

hi i have a question about the processing times, and will like to know if anyone can help me.

lets say the current processing time for 1-485 is "06-26-2005"
my question is when the new processing times is released how for ahead do they usually go? for example if the old processing time was the one i stated above do they move up like a month so the new processing time would "07-26-2005"??
