Processing times in Nebraska

I would like to know what is the time frame for GC processing if you are working in Nebraska state(Omaha).
How much time does it take normally for labor approval (State and Federal)? Is it months or years on an average?
Also what is the scene for I-140 and I-485 approvals? How much time does it normally take.

In short if someone applies for GC today, what is the processing time to get a GC in hand, if going through regular or RIR?

Your replies would be appreciated.

GC from Nebraska

I filed my GC from Nebraska. It takes about a month to get State cleared, but it will get stuck in Chicago (Federal). The estimate is atleast an year. Its hard to predict, the Chicago regional DOL is now processing Dec 2003 cases. The processing date did not move forward for about 6 months now. You can look at the official processing times for I-140/I-485 to get the time line. Hope this helps.

:( My LC was filed and it took a year to get approved. It was a RIR case. I filed LC in August 24, 2002, Approved early Sept. 2003. And mine was held up longer at the state level then it was once it got to Chicago. Took 9 months at state level . Took them close to three months in Chicago.
Applied I-140/I-485 concurrently in Dec 2003

ND Dec 24,2003 I-140 and I-485. I am still waiting for both to be approved.
EAD and Advance parole were approved in Feb. 2004. Fingerprinterd in June 2004.
Last LUD shows August 8, 2004
