Processing Times at Nebraska

Any news on your case yet. I have not heard anything on my case from BCIS after sending my rfe response on 7/30 and giving second fp on 9/12. It appears to me that some of the december cases(062, 063 series) are not being touched at all.

Nothing at all!
Applied for the 3rd EAD on Oct. 2nd. Going insane checking the status every day. Called BCIS a few times, but they said that the average processing time is 26 months, so as of today they can't initiate an inquiry untill after Feb. I'm sure that after the holiday season, the processing time will be 30 months!

good idea. let's stay in touch, so we know what the progress is for the kind of cases. btw, my LIN is 2067.
 
Dec. RD woes

same boat as you all. Have been seeing the
steady stream of Jan. 02 approvals and wondering what is happening to the Dec. 01 cases ? Good that some of the old
cases such as Sep. 01 are being approved.

Well guys, all I can say is lets be strong and not lose hope. Its not just one case, most of the Dec cases are not touched after rfe and second fp. I am sure the officer(s) assigned to these cases will get back to them soon and when that happens we'll see all our cases getting approved.

Another DEC case

After we sent our 2nd RFE and recived by them on oct 15, 2003. We recieved our 2nd FP notice last week scheduled on 11/20/2003.

Planning to go on this Friday 10/31/03 to do it Early..

It's interesting the starbucks and I have the same RD and our LINs are so far apart! Mine is 020675.. and his is 20625... BCIS must've been busy that day!
 
LIN is based on ND

russian - Though your RD is same as starbucks but the LIN is based on ND date, if you look at our ND & LIN we can assume it is.

Did our 2nd Finger Printing ealier than the schedule date. Originally scheduled on 11/20/03 and completed it on 10/31/03 itself. Hope to see the approval soon

3rd EAD

Checked my on-line status this morning and it says that my 3rd EAD was approved on November 7th. I applied for it on October 2nd, so it didn't take long.

I never ever thought that I would need the 3rd EAD!
