Processing Time

U guys estimate the processing times on basis of Months ??

Say NOV 01 takes 60more days
DEC next 60 days etc

There is NO rational here.

We need to estimate based on NUMBER of applications processed say per month.

Nov 01 have 400' rupnet' applications.. and took say 60 days
Jan 02 has less. ( Probably increase by some by the time it actually starts ).- should take less than 60.

There were large numbers applied during July- Oct 01
