processing time of I-485 question

Hi there,

EB2 for Philippines is currently Current. My question is, if I filed for I-485 together with an approved I-140, how long can I expect the I-485 to process? Am just concerned cause am fighting time since my company might need to let me go to save money.

Processing time is unpredictable. You need to let your I-485 pending for 6 months to qualify for AC21. I suggest you do two things.

1. File I-485 immediately.
2. Brown-nosing your boss to keep your job.
