processing time for plastic green card after uscis payment

My mother filed for me and siblings on F2,
immigrant visa granted and green card fee also paid . My brother came into US
in Feb 5,2017 but paid uscis processing fee on 29th of January ,2017 while
my sister came into the US on the 15th of February while her USCIS fee was
paid on the 11th of February .I also paid same day but came into the US on
the 22nd of February.
The issue is that my sister has gotten her plastic green card while my
brother (paid before her) and i have not gotten ours.i have called USCIS
office and was told to that it could take up 120 days after entering the US.
i check constantly online but no informaation there .it is is important
,because i want to go back to Nigeria to resign from work and come back
finally. Can i still use the immigrant visa on my paasport which by the way
expire June 2017. i am just confused.

Immigrant (i551) visa foil on the passport is as good as a green card till it's date of expiration.

Call USCIS and inquire before you leave the country.
