Processing time for "Follow to Join" Case

Hi, Is there anyone who had done this "Follow to Join" case I-824 recently, what is the duration for processing this type of case.
 
Depends on the Processing Center.

These are two Different things. I-824 you file in US. And thats is to tell CIS to notify the Consulate about your LPR status.
The application process at chennai is the other thing.
