Processing patterns @ VSC

Is it true that VSC is processing cases that are filed in the second half of 2000 differently than those filed in the first half of 2000 and all of 1999.

I see many people getting FP calls with ND as recent as Dec 2000 while some people in Jan 2000 are still waiting for their FP call.

Has VSC changed its policy on when to schedule FP.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening.

seems you are out of the loop for a long time. Oct 99 thru Mar 00 are being processed separately, since PD retrogressed in April, so only people with PD current will be able to apply after April 2000. Try searching for some of the earlier post which have detailed explanation.
