Processing Labor in Delaware

Hi Friends,

I want to start this thread to get-together all the folks, who want to process their GC fast and secure.

I have a company in DE and is willing to file GC, if you are on a project.

Please reply to me if you are looking for any such help.

I also request SeniorMembers, who already processed their GC from DE, to advise us, for How long does it takes in DE, and/or what are the things to take care of.

Any person who is in the queue for DE Labor can also participate.

GC in Delaware

Hi gandhi,

I am currently working with state government in Atlanta, Georgia
under H-1B visa. I am trying to find an employer in
delaware who can hold my H1 and apply for my green card.

Recommendations from anyone who knows any employer in Delaware will be greatly appreciated. Please post your
suggestion here or email me directly.

Delaware Labor?

Delaware Labor

Has anyone actually got their labor done in Delaware? The main question I have is if one has a branch office in Delaware do you have to live and work there to file labor. It seems from this thread that as long as you can have an office there you can file from Delaware and I find that hard to believe that it is so easy. Can anyone tell me if they heard this from a lawyer? I would like the lawyer phone number.

What if I dont have a project and I am working fulltime with a company , but will bear all the expenses of filing for GC from delaware, can your company help me ?

I also know a company who does GC from DE.They have already cleared LC from DE.My LC got cleared on oct 10th.

They will sponser if u have project in hand.
