Doesnt make sense at all I am tracking bunch of Nov/Dec cases, only 20% of them got approved. I think there is an error. Infact none of Dec 17-Dec31 Cases are touched.

It is about updates statistics only. Besides it allows people to initiate query after 30 days!

What is the meaning of these dates? There are lots of people from October, November and December 2003 who are still waiting.

Aren't they supposed to be processing the applications in the order they were received? Or is this some kind of lottery system going on here?

I share your frustration, only more so. I am EB-1 OR and have been waiting since October 10th 2002 Latest update moves us forward a whole month to November 1st 2002. I can't think of any logical reason why the Outstanding Researcher category should be so slow.
